If your return is accepted, we’ll include a return shipping label in the package along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
